Welcome to the official Carnegie Theatre Company Box Office. We process our online sales via BookTix. Upon arrival to the performance, please arrive to the theatre between 15-30 minutes before the listed showtime. For your convenience, our tickets are always available for cash purchase from one of our Carnegie Theatre Company members prior to show date.
If seats remain unsold, you may purchase on the night of the show.
All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. Thank you!

SERVICE AND HANDLING FEES
Offering reasonable ticket prices for our productions is at the forefront of our company. To maintain affordable pricing as well as offset expenses related to box office sales services, Carnegie Theatre Company must add a small fee of to each ticket purchase online through BookTix.
CASH tickets are $10/student and $15/adult. DIGITAL PURCHASE will be $15/student and $20/adult.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanges cannot be processed digitally through BookTix the day or night of a performance. When your plans change, the Box Office is happy to assist you in exchanging tickets through a cash transaction.

10 minutes before any performance, any empty seats may be released for purchase.
As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be re-admitted into the theater. Tickets will not be refunded. Thank you for your cooperation.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES POLICY
The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited during any Carnegie Theatre Company performance. Additionally, please silence and/or turn off your cellular devices prior to the performance as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers.
FOOD AND DRINK
Concessions are offered in the lobby for patrons to enjoy during intermission. Food and drink are strictly prohibited in the theater.
In accordance with HISD policy (Education Code 38.006) smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted on the Carnegie Vanguard High School campus.
APPROPRIATE CONDUCT & LIABILITY
Carnegie Theatre Company Box Office Staff and Carnegie Vanguard High School faculty reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any patron whose conduct is deemed to be disruptive or who fails to comply with Carnegie Vanguard High School personnel and posted signs. The purchase of a ticket acknowledges willingness to appear in photographs taken in public areas of Carnegie Vanguard High School, releasing liability resulting from use of such photographs. Titles, artists, dates, and prices are subject to change.
FIREARMS NOT PERMITTED
In accordance with HISD policy, firearms are prohibited at CVHS events. For more information about the Texas “open carry” law, please reference the Houston Independent School District and City of Houston websites.
